Shipping & Returns



Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on ordered items.  We make most items to order in small batches.  However should you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will either replace it, give you refund or store credit for said item(s)

You should expect to process your replacement or refund within(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If multiple items are damaged or defective, we may request photos. 

If you have an issue please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed once discussed

Shipping

We can ship to all states in the USA at this time.  We do not ship international orders at this time. Our average lead time is 7-10 Business days.  Occasionally, we will back order items such as soaps that may still be curing and notify you to avoid holding up an entire order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
